The controlling entity for this MLS changed from the Idyllwild Association of Realtors (as the board was dissolved in 2026) to the broker participants. Starting April 2, 2026 the MLS is now broker owned and controlled. Most participants are still members of the California and National Association of REALTORS and adhere to the same standards and ethics.
